We had a barbecue and invited our families. We were really happy that all of my family came.
Even Delilah's best friend Madee came
The kids had fun swimming and playing.
We laughed at how white Carlye's kids are compared to mine.
Isaac worked the grill.
Delilah doesn't eat hamburgers or hotdogs so she had her favorite: cottage cheese! or at our house it is called Baaaa because Evan thinks it looks like sheep. She loves this stuff!
Then it was time for cake!
The kids all really wanted some.
Jaxen: That looks good.Delilah: Don't touch my cake.
Don't worry he got some.
Delilah very much enjoyed the cake
Kati got too close at one point and Delilah got her soda can
And Hair
Then she tried ice cream
It was a little cold.
Then it was time for presents. Delilah had a lot of help opening them.
She got some Gerber puffs and bibs from Carlye and Tim
She wouldn't put the puffs down.
She got a bear from Chris and Lesley
A doll house from her Grandma and Grandpa
And a shirt with guinea pigs on it from Jen (a friend of Isaac's from work). She also gave her a cute little toy jewelry box that Delilah loves.
We got her a toy kitty that moves around and she can chase it.
Thank you for all the presents!
Then we played the Newly wed game and Carlye and Tim won.
Thank you to everyone who came. It was a fun night!

One year! She's a cutie! Swiss days sounds fun-I only remember going once-I want some fun traditions like that for my family. . . it's great now mere can do so much and gets into things, I'm really excited for the holidays now!
