Then Hazel set the traps.
Hazel was planning on wishing for a kitty again this year when she caught the leprechaun.
She was super disappointed when she didn't catch one. But he did leave behind enough gold coins for her to take to school to share with her class.
Hazel had to get up early for school so the twins checked there trap later that morning.
They didn't care so much about not catching that leprechaun, there was chocolate and that was better than any wish.
Later that day I made cookies. I got this container of cookie cutters that have 101 shapes in it and out of that 101 did they have a shamrock or any other st patricks cookie cutter? Nope they didn't. How stupid is that! I had to settle for circles but I did make some green frosting and I happened to have some green sprinkles left from Christmas.
I even made some special St. Patricks day cookies for Isaac ;)
Later me and Hazel drove past a little water fall that is at a park near our house and the water in it was green! I told Hazel maybe a leprechaun did it and she said "Tricky Leprechauns!"
