I always wait till my babies are 6 months before we start them on solid food. I know some people start their kids earlier, I don't. When Delilah turned 6 months she was sick, we took her to the doctor and she had RSV. Kind of scary to here that but she didn't have to go to the hospital or anything. We just had to watch her for any signs she was struggling to breath. Anyways so we had to wait a few weeks longer before we started solids.

First sip of juice, you can hear a little of the stuff in her lungs from the RSV when she coughs.
She is even cute with a messy face.

She looks a lot like Erick in these pictures. Neither of my boys ate solids this easily at first.
