Halloween 2011

This year for Halloween we were going to go to my parents house like usual but Erick changed those plans. He got sick, so we decided to stay and trick or treat in our own neighborhood.
My friend Brittany told me her family always gets a pumpkin pizza for Halloween I thought that was a fun idea so we copied her. Of course the kids were too excited to really eat any of it. Come on, who wants pizza when there is a bag full of candy in your future.
After some fighting over mustaches and missing crowns we were ready to go. We went to our wards Trunk or Treat but we were really late and it was pretty much over so we just trick or treated like usual.
I spent over a month on costumes and I was pretty proud of them. I even painted mushrooms on their trick or treat bags. We put my ipod and speakers in Evans bag so we had Mario music playing while we walked around too.

Poor Luigi wasn't feeling so hot but he stuck it out and when Evan said he wanted to go home Erick yelled over his dads shoulder "No Evan we are Trick or Treating"
