Hazel turned eight this year and decided she wanted to be
baptised. My mom offered to make her dress. It turned out gorgeous! And Carlye offered to do a photo shoot for us at
Temple Square. We got there and got Hazel changed into her dress and she looked so beautiful! She got complements where ever she went. She even had several tourists take her picture and Carlye even had an older Asian couple shoo her out of the way so they could get pictures of Hazel. We passed people doing wedding photos at one point and I heard an older lady say to her husband "hang on while I get a picture of this cute little girl in her white dress". Hazel happily stopped and posed for more pictures. Hazel loved all the attention and I loved seeing her so happy.
I will start with the one picture I took, I am no photographer but I was walking behind Hazel and Carlye and they just looked too cute.
Ok here are the pictures from the professional.
Hazel is wearing the choker I wore at my wedding.
Hazel with her blessing dress. When she gets married I would like to get a photo on this bench with her in her wedding dress with her blessing and baptism dress.
Carlye even took a couple pictures of us sisters
Carlye was even nice enough to make the invitation for us.
After we finished with pictures we met my dad during his lunch break and he took us out to lunch at City Creek.
Thanks
Carlye for the pictures and thank you Dad for the lunch!
