Lagoon

When we got our tax return this year we thought about using part of it to go on a vacation but then we decided to get season passes to Lagoon instead. This way instead of just getting a week of entertainment we have the whole summer and part of the fall covered. Usually Lagoon is a once a year thing for us so when I told Hazel about the season passes she was super excited. So we went on Saturday and had a lot of fun.
This time the twins loved going on rides instead of crying like last time.

The cars were the twins favorite ride unlike last time

Last year we couldn't get any of the kids on Puff the Dragon which I thought was weird because that was always my favorite as a kid so this year I did what any good parent would do and I bribed them with ice cream to go on it. Erick wanted to go on it even without the bribe so I took him first, he hated waiting in the line and kept screaming "I want to go on the Dinosaur Train". Erick loved Puff. Then I took Hazel and Evan. Evan freaked out! By the last time around on the track he was crying. When we got off Hazel said that the ride made her feel like she was going to throw up. Hazel went on it a bunch more times and I am happy to say she didn't throw up. I for some reason didn't get any pictures of the kids riding Puff. I did follow through with my bribe and we went over to Pioneer Village for ice cream.

Evan didn't want to go on one of the rides that Hazel and Erick wanted to go on so I took him to get his face painted. Evan is really afraid of spiders so I was surprised that is what he decided to get painted.
After the other two kids got off their ride Hazel got a unicorn on her face.

And Erick (after some fighting with Evan) got a spider too (Evan wanted him to get the dragon)

I just realized I didn't get any pictures of Delilah, probably because she sat in the stroller almost the whole time. She did have fun seeing all the new stuff and playing peek a boo with me while we waited for her siblings to go on rides. She also loved the gold knob things on the train (the only ride she went on) and her favorite part was when me and Isaac shared our ice cream with her.
Unfortunetly we live so close to Lagoon that the kids didn't fall asleep in the car on the way home like I was hoping and it took them forever to go to sleep. Also I recommend washing face paint off before putting kids to bed because it kind of makes a mess on their pillows.
