My Birthday

I turned 29 last Saturday, yes I am not afraid to admit my age . . . yet. Next year I will probably start lying about it. Isaac brought me breakfast in bed and gave me two seasons of Will and Grace on dvd. I like that show. Grace reminds me of Carlye.

I have 2 words for you Carlye, Wacky Land. You know what I am talking about :)
And Jack reminds me of Kati :)
Then we went to the zoo for the day. I decided to go to the zoo because I figured if I was going to enjoy the day I would have to do something that would keep the kids happy. And I really like the zoo. big surprise considering all the pets we have.

The baby elephant was really cute

Hazel dressed herself. I told her she was going to be cold and she said she wanted to be cold. I brought a jacket for her but she never wore it.

Delilah had so much fun!

The highlight for Hazel was the carousel

The twins sat and cried while she went on it, not because they wanted to go too (remember lagoon). Evan actually started to freak out when he thought he was going to go on it.

No they cried because they wanted their dad. He is the fun one and I am just the mom.

There was no way Evan and Erick were going to touch the snake but my brave little girl did (I also was to afraid to touch it, I don't do scaly things.)

After the zoo we took the kids to my parents house and my mom watched Hazel and the twins while me and Isaac (and Delilah) went out to dinner.
It was a good day.
