Hazel has been obssessed with birthday cakes lately. She is always pretending to make them and cut them. She sings happy birthday after she pretends to make one. She makes me pretend to blow out candles. So I decided I was going to help her make a real cake. We were going to my parents house on valentines day because we were celebrating Kati's birthday that sunday so I told Hazel we could make Kati a birthday cake. So I spent valentines day making cupcakes with Hazel (Isaac and me celebrated the night before and he sent me flowers). I let her put a candle in one just for Kati and when we got to her house Hazel brought it to Kati and was so proud of herself. If anyone wanted a cupcake I made them ask Hazel if they could have one. It was funny when she told David "no".
