Hazel Turnes Eight Years Old Monster High Style!

Hazel is such a sweet girl. She is helpful with her brothers and sister. I don't know what I would do with out her. She loves to be involved in any extra curricular activities she can. And she loves school and learning. Hazel's favorite food is frozen pizza. Her best friends are Sydney, Jocelyn and Hannah. Her favorite song is Some Nights by Fun. Her favorite drink is soda. Hazel likes to dance in her room and read. She loves watching Netflix. She really likes Monster High and that is the theme she picked out for her party this year.
I was excited about this theme. I love vampire, werewolf and ghost books and movies (I liked them way before Twilight) so I had a lot of fun planning this party. She wanted another water party so we broke out the pools and slip n slide.

We decorated in Monster High Decorations and had Monster High music playing.

 

We painted shirts with the Monster High Skull logo

We made grave yard pudding cups. 

We played a game of Cleo Says, its like Simon Says but using the Monster High character Cleo. And because Cleo is the captain of the Fear Squad we used pom poms and the last one standing won the pom poms.

 Sydney Won!

Then we played a game of Sea Monster. We have played this game before and its always a hit. 

Then we opened gifts and had cupcakes.

 I made pink cupcakes with chocolate spiderwebs.

And to drink we had Zombie Juice and Vegan Vampire Blood (Draculaura is a vegan vampire)

Then we sent the girls home with goodie bags with the shirts they painted, lip gloss, fingernail polish and some colorful fake hair clips.
