I got him a Transformer cake which I forgot to get a picture of before we cut it.
Later I discovered one of the children was sticking their finger in the frosting. I kind of had an idea of who it was and my suspicions were confirmed when I caught Hazel doing it again. That girl loves frosting. I think for her birthday I am not going to bother with a cake, I will just give her a can of frosting with a candle in it and a spoon.
Isaac really likes bacon (what guy doesn't), his motto is "Everything is better with bacon". So when I saw someone talking about Jones Soda coming out with a bacon flavored soda I knew I had to get it for him for his birthday.
I not only got him the soda but Jones had a kit with bacon flavored popcorn, gravy and chapstick (I have warned him I am not kissing him if he is wearing it)
It would be pathetic to drink bacon soda all by yourself, come on you might as well add a "failure pile in a sadness bowel" to go with it, so Isaac put it in cups and him, my dad and brothers all tasted it together. Apparently it was really disgusting, which was really fun to watch.Happy Birthday Isaac!

Just thinking about bacon favored soda makes me want to hurl! EWWWW!
eww-not to mention bacon, ham, hot dogs, and sausages have many preservatives and additives that are detrimental to your health...Happy Birthday Isaac! Hope you two got to do something fun together too :) Adorable blessing dress on delilah and I like Hazel's hair cut! Mere took the scissors to her beloved bear--luckily just little clips...
